Dr. Thomsen is married to his sweetheart, Natalie, and they have 4 wonderful kids. They enjoy playing together, supporting each other at soccer, basketball, baseball, cross country, and school functions.
They love spending time outside going to parks, splash pads during the summer, and throwing rocks into any body of water.
Routine chiropractic care has been an integral part of their lives.
"Paisley was a "colicky" baby: fussy, clingy, didn't like to be put down, irritable, didn't nurse well, etc. Around 6 or so months into her life, she went through multiple bouts without pooping. We visited pediatricians, urgent cares, and specialists, who all told us to go somewhere else and just give her a suppository.
As a young parent, we knew something wasn't right. I will never forget the look on Paisley's little face when we gave her the medicine. Pain, fear, lack of control as we had to hold her down and let her body lose control. That moment is etched in the files of my memories. It was at that moment, we needed a miracle because this couldn't continue.
Since I was in chiro school at the time, we made her an appointment at the chiropractic clinic close to our house. The doctor looked at her, did an exam, some orthopedic tests, and adjusted her. When she was done, she said "well, one of two things is going to happen now: Paisley is either going to have a massive blowout, or she's going to sleep for 6 hours. No more than 30 minutes later, Paisley went through 2 diapers worth of excitement, and then slept for 6 hours. 9+ years later, she has been regular every since. Paisley is a happy, healthy girl who thrives every day.
The adjustment wasn't anything big or aggressive. It was simply taking away the interference and allowing her body to function optimally. You never know the power of one adjustment."

"Christmas Eve 2019, Natalie went out for a run around 1 pm. When she was around .25 miles from home, she stopped at a red light. As the light turned green and she had the right away, she was struck by an SUV in the middle of the crosswalk.
The SUV blindsided her from the right ramming into her ribs, flipped her up on the hood, smashed her head into the windshield (cracked the windshield), and then ran over her feet.
By some miracle, she sat in the road, conscious, without any major bleeding. Shock set in almost immediately. After a trip to the ER, she was diagnosed with "bruised ribs" and road rash.
For the next 2 years, Natalie received routine chiropractic care to help with her disc herniations, post-concussive symptoms, hip impingement, rib pain, foot pain, carpal tunnel, and mental health.
While the trauma from the accident can still be felt, she has gone on to become a High Fitness instructor, lead dental hygienist and have 2 more kids since the accident."
